The core of the insulation panel consists of pressed powder, whose main component is micro-porous silica. Other components include opacifiers to minimise infrared radiation, and cellulose fibres to improve mechanical stability.

Vacuum insulation has a long service life.

It is a highly efficient advanced thermal insulation material, made by rigid core material and out barrier film envelope. It`s characterized by high insulation performance with less weight, which could obstruct the heat transmission. Now VIP is the most advanced insulated material in the world.

The panel core is non-flammable and has been assigned fire class A1

Flexible VIPs are usually assembled into a cool box to prevent the corners loss comsumption. The thin panels are well bendable and flexible for assembly.
